Character Rights

  • I retain all rights to original design and concept of my avatars. Your use of them does not transer any ownership. They are my characters.

  • You can commission artwork of my avatars, but unless you change the design please remember that it is still my character.

  • Because you are using my characters, you cannot for any reason profit off of their image. (ie. using them as your mascot or main streaming avatar)

To make it your character, you must change the avatar enough that it has little direct likeness to my original character. This can include:

  • Changing the avatar's textures, or combining multiples of the preset texture groups.

  • Giving the avatar a different hairstyle or outfit

  • Changing the avatar's species (Ie. Changing them from a puppy to a demon)

  • Giving the avatar a new base and head

  • Adding tons of unique or exotic accesories.

It is recommended you do multiple, as only one is still likely to bear a lot of resemblance. I reserve the right to ask you to change it further before you can claim it is your own character.

(This is to prevent false chargebacks)
